Dear Dr Jan Telensky,

I hope you remember me, my name is Lee Roche and you generously funded me to complete my NVQ level 2 in Plumbing from October 2018-February 2019. I personally wanted to contact you to thank you for this amazing opportunity. Since retiring from professional football, I have had lots of jobs, trying to reach my potential and prove to my employer that I am worthy of a substantial role. With this qualification I feel I have more confidence and more opportunities to apply for better posts which have valuable progression routes.

As soon as I left the course, I secured work with a company called Heatcraft, where I installed bathrooms, first and second fix. In June 2019 I successfully passed an interview and test to be offered work with Dyno plumbing where I work on call repairing all aspects of plumbing in domestic properties. I have learned and developed so much within the last year and I am keen to progress further.
Everything I heard and discussed at the initial training dates with yourself was extremely exciting and I am keen to find out more.

I am writing to you to let you know where I am up to in regards to my development and to formally ask if there are any opportunities you feel you have that would compliment my skill set? If so I would be extremely happy to discuss this further.

I thank you once again for your enormous generosity and look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Lee Roche.
